At Johnson’s Surplus, we specialize in offering surplus, overstock, and closeout inventory at
significantly reduced prices. These discounted prices reflect the nature of the products we sell. By
purchasing from Johnson’s Surplus, customers acknowledge and agree to the following terms and
conditions.
Installation, Labor, & Replacement Parts Disclaimer
Johnson’s Surplus assumes no responsibility or liability for any costs associated with installation,
labor, or the use of any product purchased. We do not reimburse, cover, or compensate for any
installation fees under any circumstances. In addition, Johnson’s Surplus does not provide, supply,
or cover replacement parts for surplus items. All items are sold strictly “as-is,” with no guarantees
beyond what is explicitly stated at the time of purchase. Customers are solely responsible for
verifying fitment, compatibility, and intended use prior to completing their purchase.
30-Day Return Policy
We offer a limited 30-day return window on eligible items. To qualify for a return:
- A return request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date
- Items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise approved
- All approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee Returns that do not meet these conditions
may be denied.
Important Notice Regarding Surplus Inventory
Due to the nature of surplus and closeout merchandise, inventory is limited and often non-recurring.
Once an item is sold out, it may not be available again. Variations in condition, packaging, or minor
cosmetic imperfections may be present and are considered normal for surplus goods. We strongly
encourage all customers to thoroughly review product descriptions, specifications, and
measurements prior to purchasing. If there are any questions regarding a product, our team is
available to assist before the order is placed.
